OSCILLATING DRIVE | |
▶ Oscillating drive is a device that yields reciprocating rotation movement with a certain angle. ▶ Its movement patterns can be selected by various timing charts. ▶ It consists of roller gear cam and cam follower bearings, which yield high efficiency and less backlash. ▶ It can be connected with rectilinear movement devices by using oscillating arms. ▶ It uses MS curve that makes its movement smooth. |

PICK & PLACE UNIT DRIVE | |
▶ The pick & place unit, combined with automated machineries and equipment, is a parts handling device with high accurate movement working well even at faster speed than at the speed hydraulic or pneumatic device provide. (Repeatability of movement: 0.02mm).
▶ Adopted two linear guide, it can be installed in a smaller space. ▶ It has a longer stroke than oscillating index drives, and generates complex patterns of movements.
