Based on our core technology, we customize, manufacture, and sell products such as RP cross roller bearing units, cross roller bearings, individual CAM components, molds, and various other components.
- RP Cross Roller Bearing Unit: This unit integrates the cross roller bearing and cam ring gear into a single structure, allowing for convenient installation and use when combined with a roller pinion, making it more user-friendly than standard cross roller bearings.
- Precision Cross Roller Bearings (Φ300 and above): We offer P5 and P4-grade precision cross roller bearings, along with customizable table-type cross roller bearings, available for sizes up to Φ900 in outer diameter.
- MOLD: The Latin-type cylindrical forming die roll rotates in both directions, sequentially molding the material while simultaneously filling the contents via a pump. The filling process is synchronized so that when the specified volume is reached, the molding is completed. The required adhesion temperature is transferred through segments to the gelatin film, and the capsule is sealed by the pressure of the die roll. The synchronized movement of the die roll and filling pump ensures zero loss of filling material and no air inclusion within the capsule. The pump operates with high precision, maintaining a filling accuracy of ±1%, ensuring high yield efficiency.
- COMPONENT: We customize components such as the SERVOCAMDRIVE CAM and rotary indexing plates to fit user-specific equipment requirements.
