INDEX DRIVE Drive Types

롤러 드라이브 (Roller Drive)
Roller Drive
Features
  • The roller drive is a backlash-free drive system designed as a reducer, making it ideal for high-power machinery.
  • Composed of a roller gear cam and cam follower bearings, it offers excellent efficiency.
  • Can be used regardless of the number of stop positions.
Applicable Models
  • Identical in shape and size to CF, CS, CT, CR, and CA models but distinguished by the “R” designation at the end (RC, CFR, CSR, CTR, CRR, CAR).
오실레이팅 드라이브 (Oscillating Drive)
Oscillating Drive
Features
  • A device that enables reciprocating and precise forward/reverse rotation of the output shaft at a fixed angle.
  • Adjustable through various timing charts.
  • Composed of a roller gear cam and cam follower, ensuring zero backlash.
  • Can be applied to linear reciprocating motion systems using an oscillating arm.
  • Provides smooth motion using the MS curve.
Applicable Models
  • Identical in shape and size to CF, CS, and CU models but distinguished by the “E” designation at the beginning (EF, E, EU).
인덱싱/업다운 드라이브 (Indexing/Up-Down Drive)
Indexing/Up-Down Drive
Features
  • The output shaft moves in two directions (rotational and vertical).
  • Can be used as a Pick and Place unit.
  • Combines a roller gear cam and a standard groove cam to enable diverse movements.
Applicable Models
  • CHT, FHH, FNH, ATC
인덱스 드라이브 (Index Drive)
Index Drive
Features
  • A standard index unit performs the above movements.
  • Offers high-precision repeatability and indexing accuracy, making it suitable for various mechanical applications.
  • Utilizes roller gear cams, parallel cams, and barrel cams, with multiple output curve options available.
Applicable Models
  • CF, CS, CT, CA, CP, CU, CR, BVR
멀티인덱스 드라이브 (Multi Index Drive)
Multi Index Drive
Features
  • An index drive that adjusts odd-numbered divisions (e.g., 9 or 11 divisions) into two-step indexing, achieving 4.5 or 5.5 divisions.
  • A 4.5-division index drive means that a single 4-division index drive provides the effect of two indexing operations.
  • Ideal for machinery requiring multiple operations, offering enhanced efficiency and versatility.
Applicable Models
  • CF, CS, CT, CA, CU
